Hi, I’m Jannat,the Exercise Physiologist behind Baraka Body, and I truly understand how complex women’s health can be. I’m passionate about creating a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and guided with a clear plan that fits your body and lifestyle, no matter your size, background, or culture. My goal is to help you feel stronger and more confident now, while also supporting your long-term wellbeing through healthy ageing.

Use exercise as medicine with personalised 1:1 support. We help you recover from injury, rebuild strength, and manage chronic conditions with evidence-based movement and education. This service is ideal for women seeking support through pregnancy and postnatal recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, endometriosis, PCOS, osteoporosis, diabetes, chronic pain and “invisible illnesses,” as well as fertility support.

Clinical pilates
A guided, low-impact way to build core strength, stability, posture, and confidence in movement. Perfect for rehabilitation and long-term support after injury or surgery, or if you’re managing ongoing symptoms such as persistent pain, hypermobility/EDS, or fatigue-related conditions. Every session is coached and tailored to your body and goals.

Telephone/Online Support
